The seafood feautred on our coasters were caught by local Teignmouth fishermen. Teignmouth is a vibrant sea side town with an old Victorian Pier and residents who are fiercely proud of their home town and coast line. The distinctive red sand of the area gives these images an extra dimension of colour and vibrancy. Our Sea Food range brings back memories of sea fishing excursions & beach barbeques; fresh mackerel caught by line and cooked immediately. Nothing tastes nicer! Our crab and lobster pictures were taken on Teignmouth Beach, the mackerel and gurnard were photographed on the towns Back Beach, much favoured by locals and close to the Ship Inn (a must visit pub to have a pint and watch the sun set over Dartmoor, which looms over the Teign Estuary directly in front of you). Mussels, cockles and scallops were all photographed by, or near to, Shaldon Bridge, which links Teignmouth to Shaldon over the wide expanse of the estuary, across the Salty.
Also available to compliment the coasters are; a set of 6 placemats, 2 matching serving mats, a tea towel and a recycled, tempered glass platter.
